How can we help?

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks. You will receive an estimated delivery window in your order confirmation email. For remote areas, deliveries may take slightly longer.

We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@avenhood.com with your order number and new address.

You can cancel or modify your order before it enters production. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Due to the size of our products, return shipping is arranged by the customer. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

All products come with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. This covers structural integrity, joinery, and material defects. See our Warranty page for exclusions and how to make a claim.

Yes. We can work with you on custom materials, finishes, and dimensions. Please email us at hello@avenhood.com with details of your project and we will provide a quote.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
